1. Introduction

Welcome to ChromaLabs! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChromaLabs Discord bot (the "Bot"), which is provided by ChromaLabs ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Bot, you agree to these Terms in full. If you disagree with these Terms or any part of these Terms, you must not use the Bot.

2. Eligibility

By using the Bot, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under the age of 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Bot.

3. Bot Use License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Bot for its intended purpose on Discord servers.

4. Prohibited Use

You must not:

• Use the Bot in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Use the Bot to harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Bot or servers or networks connected to the Bot.
• Use the Bot to distribute malware or other harmful code.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Bot.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Bot and its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by ChromaLabs, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website or through a notification within the Bot. Your continued use of the Bot after such notice constitutes your agreement to the new Terms.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Bot immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

8. Refunds and Cancellations

All subscriptions and purchases are delivered and activated instantly and automatically upon successful payment. Because access is granted immediately and in full, all sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or warranties of any kind, in whole or in part, for any reason, including but not limited to unused time remaining on a subscription, accidental or duplicate purchases, dissatisfaction with the product, or loss of access resulting from termination or suspension under Section 7.

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Cancellation stops subsequent charges only; it does not refund or prorate any amount already paid, and your access continues until the end of the billing period already paid for. It is your responsibility to cancel before the next renewal date.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital goods and services and expressly waive any right of withdrawal, cancellation, or refund that might otherwise apply. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in place of contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access.

9. Disclaimers; Limitations of Liability

The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. In no event shall ChromaLabs, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Bot.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ChromaLabs is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
