> CHROMA TICKETS — Full Command Reference

All slash commands available in Chroma Tickets. Parameters marked required* must be provided. Most commands run inside a ticket channel; panel and permission commands are admin-gated.

Opening Tickets

/ticket open

Open a ticket of a configured ticket type. If the type has questions, a modal is shown before the ticket is created.

Parameters

ticket_type*The ticket type to open (autocompletes your server's active types)
Requires:Any member
Tickets can also be opened by clicking a button on a published ticket panel. Requires an active guild subscription.
/mytickets

List open tickets where you are the owner or the claimant.

Parameters

userView another member's open tickets instead
Requires:Any member

Staff Workflow

/claim

Claim the current ticket, optionally posting a welcome message or assigning it to another staff member.

Parameters

welcomePost a welcome message when claiming
assignedAssign the ticket to another member instead of yourself
Requires:claim_ticket trigger
Claims are tracked for the claim leaderboard.
/close

Close the current ticket. A full HTML transcript is generated and posted to the category's transcript channel.

Parameters

reasonReason for closing, recorded with the transcript
claim_on_closeClaim the ticket as you close it
Requires:Ticket staff (per category configuration)
/delete

Delete the current ticket channel.

Parameters

reasonReason for deletion
Requires:delete_ticket trigger
/rename

Rename the current ticket channel.

Parameters

rename*The new channel name

Ticket Utilities

/ticketutil add

Add a member or role to the current ticket.

Parameters

who*The member or role to add
Requires:move_ticket trigger
/ticketutil remove

Remove a member or role from the current ticket.

Parameters

who*The member or role to remove
Requires:move_ticket trigger
/ticketutil move

Move the current ticket to another ticket category.

Parameters

category*Destination category (autocompletes your dynamic categories)
Requires:move_ticket trigger
Move rules configured in the portal can rename the ticket and reset its claim on arrival.
/ticketutil forcetranscript

Generate an HTML transcript of the current ticket on demand, without closing it.

Requires:force_transcript trigger

Statistics

/ticketstats claimleaderboard

Show the ticket claim leaderboard for a timeframe.

Parameters

timeframe*All Time, This Week, This Month, Last Week, or Last Month
Requires:claim_leaderboard trigger
/ticketstats activeclaimed

List all currently active claimed tickets and who claimed them.

Requires:active_claimed trigger

Panels & Administration

/dynamictickets publishpanel

Publish a ticket panel (embed + buttons) built in the web portal into the current channel.

Parameters

panel_key*The key of the panel to publish
Requires:Discord Administrator
Republish after editing the panel in the portal to update the message.

Permissions Management

/set permission

Grant or revoke a permission trigger for a role or member.

Parameters

choices*Add or Remove
triggers*The permission trigger to modify
roleThe role to grant/revoke the trigger
memberThe member to grant/revoke the trigger
Requires:Discord Administrator OR permissions_admin trigger (server owner always has access)
Triggers: claim_ticket, delete_ticket, move_ticket, force_transcript, claim_leaderboard, active_claimed, guild_admin.
/list_permissions

List all permission grants in the server.

Parameters

triggersFilter by a specific trigger
Requires:Discord Administrator OR permissions_admin trigger

General

/help

Show an ephemeral help embed listing the bot's commands.

Requires:Any member
